Welcome to the Souljourner Truth™ website. This website is operated by EZ Weezy’s LLC d/b/a Souljourner Truth (“Souljourner Truth,” “SJT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your use of the Souljourner Truth website and the content and resources available through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

About Souljourner Truth

Souljourner Truth provides general information and content relating to spiritual life coaching, personal and spiritual growth and development, programs and other offerings, podcasts, videos, music, and other media and educational content.

The information and content available through this website are provided for general informational, educational, and inspirational purposes. Website content is not individualized professional advice and should not be understood as creating a coaching or other professional relationship between you and Souljourner Truth.

Coaching Services

Accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling or participating in a discovery call, joining our mailing list, or otherwise communicating with Souljourner Truth does not create a coach-client relationship.

Enrollment in Souljourner Truth coaching services will require execution of a separate coaching agreement, together with any exhibits, addenda, policies, or other documents incorporated into that agreement (collectively, the “Coaching Agreement”). The Coaching Agreement will govern the coaching relationship, including the scope of services, fees, payment terms, scheduling, responsibilities of the parties, confidentiality, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, pauses, termination, and other terms applicable to the coaching engagement.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Coaching Agreement concerning coaching services, the Coaching Agreement will control.

Coaching services are not currently purchased directly through this website. Payment arrangements and payment processing for coaching services are provided separately to prospective clients who elect to enroll.

Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching services are offered through defined coaching programs (“Journeys”). The applicable Journey fee, deposit, payment schedule, and other material terms will be provided to a prospective client before enrollment.

Deposits paid to reserve a Journey are non-refundable, except if Souljourner Truth cancels the Journey.

If a client cancels a Journey at least three (3) Business Days before the scheduled start date, amounts paid other than the deposit will be refunded. If a client cancels less than three (3) Business Days before the scheduled start date, but before the Journey begins, fifty percent (50%) of amounts paid other than the deposit will be refunded.

Once a Journey has begun, amounts paid are non-refundable except as otherwise expressly provided in the Coaching Agreement.

Complete terms concerning deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, missed sessions, pauses, withdrawal, and termination are set forth in the Coaching Agreement. If there is any conflict between this summary and the Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement will control.

For purposes of these Terms, a “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content available through the Souljourner Truth website—including written materials, videos, podcasts, audio recordings, music, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, program names, slogans, designs, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Souljourner Truth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Souljourner Truth™, Fully Lit Life™, and other names, marks, logos, phrases, and branding identified as belonging to Souljourner Truth are trademarks or other intellectual property of Souljourner Truth and/or EZ Weezy’s LLC, as applicable.

You are welcome to access and enjoy our publicly available content for your personal, noncommercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Souljourner Truth content or intellectual property without express written permission, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
